Responsibilities
- Perform nightly front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and room key issuance.
- Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and report discrepancies to management immediately.
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel property, guests, and staff during night hours.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently via phone or in-person.
- Maintain accurate records in the Property Management System (PMS).
- Perform light housekeeping duties in public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; hospitality degree preferred.
- Previous experience in front desk operations, hospitality, or night shift work is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, FrontDesk).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
