Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping coordination, and security.
- Manage check-ins, check-outs, and overnight guest inquiries with a focus on high-touch service.
- Ensure the security of the property and the safety of all guests and staff during the shift.
- Monitor and maintain the physical condition of the hotel, reporting maintenance issues immediately.
- Prepare and review daily operational reports, including occupancy rates and financial summaries.
- Handle emergency procedures and resolve guest complaints efficiently.
- Train and supervise night shift staff and housekeeping attendants.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel management, or night audit operations.
- Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or SkyTouch.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional during late hours.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Hospitality preferred.
- Proven ability to lead a team and maintain a safe environment.
