Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all night operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and security.
- Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any complaints or issues that arise during the overnight hours.
- Oversee the night audit process to ensure financial accuracy and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Manage inventory and orders for night operations to ensure seamless service.
- Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations and security protocols.
- Mentor and train night shift staff to ensure adherence to company policies and brand standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a supervisory role or as a Night Auditor.
- Strong knowledge of hotel PMS (Property Management Systems) such as Opera or Micros.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is a plus.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
