Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with efficiency and courtesy.
- Handle reservations, manage room assignments, and process payments accurately.
- Monitor the lobby area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Enforce safety and security protocols, including key control and access management.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest rooms meet high standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk operations is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- A professional appearance and a positive attitude.
