Responsibilities
- Supervise overnight staff including front desk, housekeeping, and security teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service standards
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols throughout the property
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late arrivals and early departures
- Coordinate maintenance requests and facility inspections during night hours
- Prepare nightly reports and communicate critical information to day shift
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel management experience with night shift exposure
- Texas Food Manager certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, Cloudbeds)
- Strong conflict resolution and crisis management skills
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly valued
