We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Night Shift Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the seamless operation of our hotel during the evening hours, guaranteeing a safe and comfortable environment for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of service excellence.
As the Night Shift Manager, you will oversee the front desk, housekeeping, and security teams, acting as the bridge between the evening operations and the day shift leadership. We pride ourselves on our modern approach to hospitality and are looking for a leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-conversion environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the night audit process and ensure all financial reports are accurate and submitted on time.
- Manage and supervise front desk staff, concierge, and security personnel during the evening shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with the highest level of professionalism and urgency.
- Ensure strict adherence to hotel safety and security protocols, including emergency response procedures.
- Conduct nightly inspections of public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house areas to maintain premium cleanliness standards.
- Manage key control and inventory levels for night operations.
- Collaborate with day shift management to ensure a smooth handover of operational status and guest profiles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hotel operations, preferably in a supervisory role or night shift capacity.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, StayNTouch, or similar.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Hospitality or Business is preferred.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
