Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent overnight requests
- Handle cash management and accurate financial reporting for shift transactions
- Respond to emergency situations following established protocols
- Maintain detailed logs of all incidents and guest interactions
- Prepare breakfast service areas and amenities for morning operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient with property management systems (PMS) and basic office software
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid state driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must pass background check and drug screening
