Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk coverage including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance
- Monitor security systems and ensure guest safety throughout the property
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Handle emergency situations with professionalism and quick decision-making
- Process payments and manage night audit procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with exceptional service
- Prepare daily reports and document any incidents or maintenance issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound judgments during overnight shifts
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of emergency protocols and first aid
- High school diploma or equivalent required
