Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes
- Manage front desk operations and handle guest inquiries/complaints
- Coordinate housekeeping services and room status updates
- Execute shift handovers and maintain operational continuity
- Process payments and manage billing transactions accurately
- Monitor security systems and enforce hotel safety protocols
- Collaborate with departments to resolve guest issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous hotel/hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
