Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins, check-outs, and guest assistance during night shifts
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to maintain high facility standards overnight
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, and implement solutions with discretion
- Perform nightly audits of cash registers and financial transactions
- Manage inventory and restock amenities as needed
- Complete detailed shift reports and communicate handover information to day staff
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a guest-first mindset
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during unsupervised hours
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with reservation systems
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Must pass background check and drug screening
