Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth
- Monitor security protocols and respond to emergency situations
- Perform nightly room inspections and common area maintenance
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and manage reservation systems
- Complete end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license (if required for shuttle duties)
- Basic proficiency with reservation software
