Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during the overnight shift, including check-ins, check-outs, and key card management.
- Perform financial reconciliations, including posting charges and balancing the night audit.
- Monitor hotel security systems and premises to ensure a safe environment for all guests and staff.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address room readiness and maintenance requests promptly.
- Assist in the registration of VIP guests and manage special requests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
- Ability to work independently during night hours with minimal supervision.
