Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system.
- Monitor security cameras and conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure guest safety and security.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests via phone or in person.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby and common areas throughout the night.
- Process payments and prepare accurate folios for the front desk.
- Assist with key management and room assignments as needed.
- Ensure all emergency protocols are followed correctly.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform light physical activity.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
