Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure guest safety protocols are maintained
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance operations for overnight room turnovers
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Manage front desk operations including reservation management and billing
- Complete nightly audit reports and financial documentation
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless service transitions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems (Opera, PMS)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent required
