Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and processing payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk, lobby, and public areas throughout the night.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Conduct regular security rounds and patrols of the property to ensure safety and asset protection.
- Assist housekeeping teams with room turnovers and urgent maintenance requests.
- Handle wake-up calls and manage the front desk console during operational hours.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
