Responsibilities
- Monitor security cameras and patrol the premises to ensure guest safety and asset protection.
- Perform nightly cleaning and maintenance checks of common areas, lobbies, and restrooms.
- Assist front desk operations during late hours, including check-ins and answering inquiries.
- Ensure all fire safety and emergency protocols are strictly followed.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintenance issues, escalating when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for all late-night guests.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality or security is preferred but not required.
- Strong commitment to reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with property management systems.
