Grand Harbor Hospitality is currently seeking dedicated Night Shift Hotel Staff to join our award-winning team. With a strong presence in both Philadelphia, PA, and expanding our Careers in Florida, we are looking for reliable individuals to ensure our guests enjoy a safe and restful stay.
As a Night Shift Agent, you will be the first point of contact for late arrivals and the guardian of our property's security. We pride ourselves on our premium service standards and offer a night differential to recognize the hard work of our night team.

Responsibilities
- Guest Check-in/Check-out: Process registrations and payments efficiently for late-night arrivals using our hotel management software.
- Security Monitoring: Patrol common areas and monitor security cameras to ensure the safety and security of guests and property.
- Concierge Services: Provide directions, make restaurant reservations, and assist with local transportation recommendations.
- Phone Operations: Answer incoming calls, take messages, and relay urgent requests to the day shift management team.
- Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure the lobby and front desk area are tidy and presentable at all times.
- Problem Resolution: Handle guest complaints or issues calmly and professionally to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not mandatory for qualified candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Integrity: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver's license preferred.
