Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 front desk assistance including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Monitor security systems and patrol premises overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally
- Manage reservations and room status updates
- Prepare end-of-night reports and financial reconciliations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid New York State Security Guard License preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
