Responsibilities
- Perform guest check-ins/checkouts with accuracy and professionalism
- Monitor hotel security and respond to guest requests during overnight hours
- Public areas cleaning and maintenance including lobbies, restrooms, and common spaces
- Assist with basic housekeeping duties as needed during low-occupancy periods
- Operate hotel systems (e.g., POS, security cameras) with proper training
- Document incidents and maintain accurate shift logs
- Collaborate with overnight security and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
