Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during evening and overnight hours.
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and luggage storage.
- Perform night audit duties, including reconciling accounts and preparing reports.
- Maintain security of the premises and monitor surveillance systems.
- Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries promptly.
- Ensure common areas and public spaces are tidy and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- No Experience Necessary: We are looking for attitude and reliability; training is provided.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
