Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during assigned shifts (front desk, housekeeping, or food service)
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in guest areas or back-of-house operations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a positive attitude
- Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures including security protocols
- Complete shift reports and documentation accurately
- Support cross-departmental initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for reservation systems or POS
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Valid work authorization in the United States
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Must be 18+ years old
