Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Monitor hotel security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property during the night shift.
- Answer incoming phone calls, take reservations, and provide information about local attractions.
- Assist with light cleaning duties, including lobby maintenance and common area upkeep.
- Process check-ins and check-outs accurately using hotel management software.
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for morning arrivals.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
