The Omaha Grand Hotel is currently seeking a dedicated Night Shift Hotel Staff member to join our elite team. We pride ourselves on providing 24/7 luxury service to our guests, and we need a reliable individual to ensure our lobby remains welcoming and secure during the evening hours.

Responsibilities
- Guest Check-In/Out: Process registrations and manage room keys efficiently during night hours.
- Lobby Management: Monitor the lobby area to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for late-night guests.
- Front Desk Operations: Answer phone calls, take messages, and relay information to the day shift team.
- Maintenance Liaison: Communicate any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the engineering or security departments immediately.
- Security Oversight: Conduct regular patrols of the property to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Payment Handling: Process cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
- General Assistance: Provide directions and recommendations to guests as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or customer service role is preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (typically 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with hotel management software and POS systems.
- Problem Solving: Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required.
