Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight operations
- Manage front desk check-ins/check-outs with efficiency
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle reservation inquiries and special requests
- Prepare nightly reports and manage cash handling
- Ensure common areas are clean and secure
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience
- Availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic computer proficiency (PMS systems)
- Valid Pennsylvania hospitality certification preferred
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
