Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs and overnight concierge services
- Monitor security systems and conduct regular property inspections
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with discretion
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight operations
- Manage emergency protocols and incident documentation
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare daily reports for management team review
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license preferred
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
