Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and special requests
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Perform deep cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas
- Coordinate with day-shift staff for seamless operations handover
- Manage inventory control for overnight supplies
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or hospitality experience required
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Valid California driver's license (for valet duties if applicable)
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel management systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
