Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel PMS system.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with empathy and professionalism.
- Answer incoming calls and manage the front desk console.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet coordination.
- Maintain the lobby area to ensure a pristine and organized environment.
- Process payments and reconcile daily transactions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (PMS).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
