Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a positive first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, verifying identification and processing payments.
- Answer phone calls and emails promptly, responding to inquiries regarding reservations and hotel amenities.
- Assist with guest requests, including room service, valet parking, and local recommendations.
- Maintain the front desk area in a clean and organized manner.
- Handle minor guest complaints with empathy and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Process daily reports and reconcile financial transactions accurately.
Qualifications
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide comprehensive paid training.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and attention to detail.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
