Responsibilities
- Deep-clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas using industry-standard techniques
- Restock amenities and linens to ensure premium guest experiences
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
- Adhere to strict hygiene protocols and eco-friendly practices
- Collaborate with overnight security and front desk teams
- Manage room inventory and supply requisitions
- Handle guest requests with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule availability (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Basic English proficiency
- COVID-19 vaccination preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
