Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment (floor buffers, extractors, etc.)
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Complete detailed room checklists and inspection reports
- Collaborate with overnight security and maintenance teams
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Valid DC work permit or US citizenship
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays required)
- Basic English proficiency
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
