Responsibilities
- Room Preparation: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms during the night shift.
- Bed Making: Change linens, strip beds, and make beds with precision to ensure a welcoming environment for the morning shift.
- Restocking: Ensure all guest supplies, such as soap, toiletries, and amenities, are fully stocked and replenished.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform dusting, vacuuming, and polishing of fixtures and furniture to maintain high standards.
- Sanitization: Adhere to strict health and safety protocols to ensure a hygienic environment.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or lost and found items to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred; training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable work history.
