Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Strip and make beds, dust furniture, and polish surfaces to a high standard.
- Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and other facilities according to strict health and safety protocols.
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities to ensure readiness for the next shift.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and chemical usage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or hospitality roles is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
- Basic computer skills for logging work orders or attendance.
