Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, vacuuming floors, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Stock guest rooms with amenities and supplies according to brand standards
- Deep clean public areas including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly to management
- Adhere to all safety protocols and proper chemical handling procedures
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed
- Maintain detailed cleaning logs and quality control checklists
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation
- Valid Texas driver's license (for supply transportation)
- Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team
- Must pass background check and drug screening
