Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change linens, replenish amenities, and ensure all fixtures and furniture are pristine.
- Empty trash receptacles and sort recycling according to facility guidelines.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items immediately to the supervisor.
- Maintain a secure and safe environment throughout the night shift.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols, including proper chemical handling and storage.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience is a plus.
- Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Pass a background check and drug screen.
