Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Operate industrial-grade equipment efficiently while adhering to safety protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and submit accurate usage reports
- Address guest requests promptly and professionally during night hours
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all cleaning procedures
- Collaborate with security team for guest room access and safety protocols
- Complete shift reports and document maintenance issues for follow-up
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment maintenance
- Strong time management and organizational skills
