Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to meet our high standards.
- Ensure all linens, toiletries, and amenities are restocked and properly organized.
- Maintain a safe and hazard-free environment by promptly reporting maintenance issues.
- Sort and dispose of trash and waste in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Follow strict brand guidelines and safety protocols during every shift.
- Communicate effectively with the front desk regarding guest requests or special needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but we provide training for the right candidate.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical stamina required to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 30 lbs frequently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
