Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival and departure.
- Assist guests with check-in, check-out procedures, and answering general inquiries.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
- Keep the front desk and lobby areas clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
