- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest requests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Sort and process laundry according to strict quality control standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
