Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival, checking them in efficiently using our property management software.
- Manage the front desk operations during peak weekend hours, including answering phones, responding to emails, and processing payments.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a focus on exceeding expectations and maintaining a positive atmosphere.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and lobby spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards.
- Perform light administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining accurate guest records.
Qualifications
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.
- Reliable and punctual attendance, with a specific availability for weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with diverse guests and staff.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 20 lbs).
- No prior hospitality experience is required; we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
