Responsibilities
- Provide personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and local attractions
- Coordinate transportation services and reservations
- Assist with guest check-in/check-out procedures
- Resolve guest inquiries with prompt and professional solutions
- Collaborate with front desk and housekeeping teams
- Maintain accurate records of guest preferences and special requests
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or concierge experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Deep knowledge of New York City attractions and services
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends
- Proficiency in reservation systems and property management software
- Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
- Valid New York State driver's license (for va duties)
