Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/out procedures using OPERA property management system
- Process reservations, modifications, and cancellations with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly using service recovery protocols
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer accountability
- Execute upselling opportunities for room upgrades and amenities
- Conduct safety inspections and emergency response drills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Proficiency with property management systems (OPERA desirable)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and financial transactions
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs occasionally
