Responsibilities
- Deliver warm, personalized guest check-in/check-out experiences using our proprietary PMS system
- Handle reservation modifications, billing inquiries, and VIP guest requests with precision
- Manage daily cash operations and reconcile payment transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for flawless service delivery
- Proactively resolve guest concerns using our 5-star resolution framework
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and operational incidents
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Cloudbeds, or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
- Valid CA Food Handler Card (or obtain within 30 days)
- Fluent English with additional languages highly valued
- Availability for flexible shifts including weekends/holidays
- Professional appearance and polished communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Long Beach attractions and transportation
