Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest check-in/check-out experiences with efficiency and warmth
- Manage reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries
- Address guest concerns promptly and resolve issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize property management systems (Opera/PMS) for accurate record-keeping
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain a clean, organized lobby area at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS)
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible evenings/weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Boston attractions and transportation
- Valid Massachusetts hospitality certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Multi-lingual skills (Spanish/French) a plus
