Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for the efficient check-in and check-out of guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. You will serve as the face of The Grand Plaza, ensuring every visitor feels valued and well-cared for.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, escorting them to their rooms if necessary.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently using our Property Management System (PMS).

  • Process payments accurately and maintain a tidy, organized front desk area.

  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, OpenMetry) is preferred.
