Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Operations Management: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes using our property management system.
- Communication: Answer and redirect incoming calls, emails, and messages promptly and professionally.
- Problem Solving: Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Area Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness, order, and aesthetic appeal of the front desk and lobby area.
- Administrative Tasks: Update guest profiles, handle mail and packages, and assist with lobby security and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality certification is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using computers and reservation software.
- Professionalism: Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
