Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
- Resolve guest inquiries and complaints with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Manage room assignments and key card issuance accurately using our PMS.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and lobby.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or hotel operations is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights (e.g., luggage or supplies).
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
