Job Overview
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the face of our hotel, ensuring our guests feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. This is a fantastic opportunity for students or anyone looking to start a career in customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet Guests: Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, checking them in efficiently using our property management system.
- Guest Services: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and address guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Operations Support: Assist with concierge requests, room key management, and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain Standards: Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and welcoming for all visitors.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; however, relevant experience is a plus.
- Attitude: A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn the hospitality industry.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (we provide training on all software).
