- Guest Relations: Greet all guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a welcoming first and last impression.
- Front Desk Operations: Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, verifying guest information and processing payments.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries via email and chat support with a professional demeanor.
- Concierge Services: Provide local recommendations and assist with arranging transportation or special requests.
- Environment Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and common spaces.
- Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
