Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with efficiency and accuracy
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and payment processing using PMS software
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and maintain high satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Process daily billing transactions and reconcile cash drawer
- Perform basic administrative tasks including filing and data entry
- Uphold brand standards through professional appearance and conduct
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience required
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math skills for cash handling and billing
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
