Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software (e.g., Opera).
- Answer incoming calls and emails promptly, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a smile.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions securely.
- Assist with concierge requests, including local recommendations and transportation arrangements.
- Support special events and daily housekeeping rounds as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
